Name:   Dr. Sundar Kataria

Education:   B. E. Mech.,P.H.D, Quality Mr Kataria is an Engineer and Honorary Doctorate in Business Management by profession.

He is the CMD founder of the first Indian Certification and Inspection Body, International Certification Services. Mr Kataria has served the country on a number of vital National projects like Nuclear, Offshore Oil & is also a Corrosion Specialist and founder member of NACE International, India,Gas and Quality,Safety And Environmental Management System Etc. Mr Kataria believes in Quality,Sharing and Caring to spread Happiness and Wellness. He has been a social worker for the past one decade and started the trust Sundar Jessaram Kataria Foundation in the year 2008 and have undertaken number of social programmers in India and abroad including joining hands with our Prime Minister towards Swachh Bharat Mission

Name:   Shoba Sachdev

Education:   M.Sc, Diploma in Special Education, Masters in ResourceMobilization from SP Jain institute of management.

• A Clinical Pathologist by profession, after the birth of her daughter, Shobha started working in the field of disability and has the experience of working with a number of organizations namely ADAPT, Shartul Gurukul School, Blossom Charitable trust and Trinayani.
• Shobha has now 40 years of work experience in this field, extensively interacting with children, young adults and parents. Shobha’s daughter Deepa has Cerebral Palsy and today is a successful entrepreneur in her own right.
• Shobha has worked with ADAPT in the capacity of an Educator, Counselor, Principal, Administrator, Teacher trainer and ResourceMobiliser. Her work involved organizing fund-raising events, facilitating Mumbai Marathon by liaising with the organizers and participating NGOs, coordinating with corporate houses for CSR, conducting sensitization programmes for school and college students, companies and the general public. Shobha was also a faculty member of the Training Dept and gave valuable inputs in areas of visual perception, remediation, resource mobilization and parent empowerment. She has also been a member of ADAPT’sInstitutional Research Board (IRB).
• Shobha has been a consultant to Shartul for five years and is presently a consultant to Trinayani.

Name:   Sangeeta Jagtiani Vaswani

Education:   M.Com, Diploma in Special Education.

• Sangeeta is a Professional working in the field of disability for the past 32 years.
• Sangeeta has worked with ADAPT as a special/inclusive educationist, She has been Head of Education at ADAPT’s Bandra Center from 1999 to 2011.She has been involved in assessing children with multiple disabilities, planning and monitoring their Individualized Educational/Development Plans (IEP) besides planning the curriculum of the whole center. From The year 2000, she has been instrumental in promoting inclusive education and placing students in mainstream schools and providing resource support as a facilitator to the schools. She has been actively involved as a Teacher trainer for National and Asia Pacific teacher training courses at National as well as at International level. Sheheaded the Asia Pacific course ‘Community Initiatives In Inclusion’ (CII) and was the lead coordinator of funding project. She has also been a member of ADAPT’s Institutional Research Board– Action Research team (IRB).
• Currently, Sangeeta is a faculty member, paper setter and examiner of Mumbai University’s Special Education courses. She is a teacher trainer and an inclusive education facilitator.
